Is there a Premiere Elements 2020 Histogram or Histogram Plugin / Extension

Is there a histogram available in premiere elements 2020 or a histogram plugin / extension?

Premiere Pro is to advanced for me and I don't want to upgrade. Literally the only thing Premiere Elements 2020 is lacking is a histogram for color and birghtness (gama, exposure, etc.).. This is very important to me, because relying on the color and brightness of my computer monitor as the source of truth can give misleading feedback - my computer monitor may have contrast, color, brightness preconfigured in a certain way.
