Issue trying to burn a dvd - Windows 10

I'm running Adobe Premier Elements 10. When I try to burn a dvd it doesn't recognize my burner.

I've looked on other forums for tips/advice. I am running Windows 10 on a Lenovo T430 Thinkpad.

Here is my system:

Processor: Intel Core i5-3320M CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.60 GHz

RAM: 4 GB (3.70 GB usable)

System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

Somewhat related, but what is the best way to speed up encoding/rendering based on my system?

Thank you for the help.

If you burn from PRE to ISO image - you can use windows image burner - works well.

Rightclick ISO, and select "Open with" and Windows Image Writer, or whatever it was called.

I don't have windows 10, but suppose it is rather similar.

You will need a separate DVD burning program for this because the built-in burning engine in Premiere Elements only supports certain old-model burners (those are now obsolete and no longer in production).
