Just bought 2020 and install in macOS 10.15.2, crash on DVD installed app

First successful installed Photoshop Elements and can be run. After installed Premiere Elements, both crash and always unexpect quit...

I installed both from DVD come with the package. After I remove both applications, and re-install from website, both can run now.

This should not be happening. Ideally, the installation should work fine both from DVD and online. Did you test the installation on a different computer?
