Just installed Premiere elements 12 but cant sign in to use it

Hello. I bought premiere elements 12 years ago and decided to install it onto my windows 10 laptop tonight. When I open premiere elements 12 up and says i have 7 days to sign in. I try to do the qr code thing but it goes back round into the sign in loop. I try to paste url into webpage and get same result. I am stuck in a loop where I have to sign in but it never signs in and returns to the loop. I bought premiere elements 12 and would like to use it ???? anyone know how to solve this issue? thanks

do a search to learn about microsoft clipchamp… as far as I know, free for home use

If you enter the correct serial number and the program does not activate the only idea I have, from other messages about old programs, is that Adobe has turned off the validation computer for that version

I guess im S.O.O.L. i was hoping to use what i already had. The newer software is obviously better but i would have to get a whole new computer to run it. I was hoping to use the laptop i already had and it could handle premiere elements 12 spec-wise. Adobe makes great stuff but also restricts how i can use what i paid for. Time to look somewhere else

I know that The CS2-CS3-CS4 activation servers have been removed from service

I don’t know if your old version has also had the activation server removed, but that is the only thing I can think of based on the age of the program

Do you have the serial number that came inside the box?

DO NOT PUT A SERIAL NUMBER IN A PUBLIC FORUM

A serial number is 6 groups of 4 numbers

I still have original box. Inside theres a redemption code to get serial number. I wrote down serial number tho too, so yes i think i have it.
