Just lost Audio 2 track from timeline

Hi friends. I am working with Premiere Elements 2020 on a timeline that is currently 2 hours and 15 minutes. About 45 minutes into this pass on the project, I just noticed that the Video 2 track has disappeared entirely! Does anyone have any ideas? I back up every couple of minutes, but I have not tried closing down and reopening yet. I appreciate any help that you can offer.

Use the scroll bar on the right to show Audio 2.

I wish it was that simple. The entire Audio 2 track is missing. I spent almost 3 hours with Adobe PE support today and now the program will not even load any of the project .prel files.

I am currently loading the PE 2020 software on to an older HP

laptop to see if it's an issue with my Dell.

Thanks Steve, here is the screenshot. The first time it happened I was able to restore the timeline from an earlier auto-save. It has happened again (Audio 2) but this time I cannot find an auto-save version that will restore it.
