Kann Premiere Elements nicht öffnen

In den ersten Monaten funktionierte das Öffnen von Premiere Elements immer fehlerfrei. Jetzt funktioniert gar nichts mehr immer wenn ich es öffnen möchte reagirt nichts mehr. Kann mir villeicht jemand dabe helfen?

If deleting the cache data does not work, you may have to try an uninstall and reinstall.

ich habe nur adobe premiere elements 20 deinstalliert und installiert, aber nichts geht. springt kurz auf und reagiert anschliessend nicht mehnr
