Last version in spanish for Mac

I'm trying to get the last version of Photoshop Elements in spanish for Mac.

I guess this could be the 13th, which is available for downloading in adobe official web, but I don't know how to buy it.

I just could find the last version (15th) to purchase...

You cannot buy E13 anymore from Adobe.

You will have to find another store that still offers the product.

Maybe Amazon.
