Latest High Sierra (10.13.4) Still Freezes

Just updated OS for iMac to 10.13.4. From the discussion on Apple websites I was waiting (and hoping) to see if the new OS solved the situation with freezing Adobe Premiere Elements 2018. It doesn't. Premiere still freezes and has to be forced to close; within 10 seconds of opening a test video I got the beachball of death. Also this time, I had it freeze up in Organizer during a back-up. That's a first.

    Might want to re-install and Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

    I usually do after an OS update.
