Limited info in Assets Panel - PremEl 2019

It would be nice to have additional metadata fields displayed in the column headings in the Assets Panel...for example, Date Created.

Do I have to move to Premiere Pro CC to get that?

Are there other tools that editors use to fetch that data easily while working in PremElem (other than using Properties in File Explorer)?

I know of no tools that do what you want that work within Premiere Elements.
