Loading Premiere Elements 15 to a new PC; can't find last 4 digits of serial number

Greetings:

My old PC died recently and I have been transferring programs to a new one. I have been trying to reload PE 15 from the CDR but am expereincg a hangup where the disc asks for the serial number. I input the 20 digits above the bar code on the box, but it's 4 digits short. I've looked for the CDR sleeves but the one for the PC disc is missing; the Mac disc cover on has no relevant info either.

How do get the last 4 numbers, please?

Did you register it with Adobe when you purchased it?

To Ann: as I sawd above, I don't have the DVD sleeve.

Thanks for the response, but I'd read through everything on the link you provided before I posted to the forum. That is why I posted.

As I said in my post, there is no inner DVD sleeve for the PC disk with the last 4 of the serial number.

I've attached photos of the product box; you should be able to see the first 20 digits of the SN. I tried peeling off the genuine Adobe sticker to its right, but that did not yield the last 4.

How do I get those numbers without the sleeve? Who at Adobe do I address this to and how can I reach them, please?
