Lock icon & Text over my edited & saved photo NO LAYERING DONE... I DIDNT LOCK IT PLEASE HELP

I imported and successfully edited a photo over an hour ago. I saved it, and now I can't do anything with it. The photo has a red text box over it saying, "EDIT IN PROGRESS" and it has a lock icon over it.  When I click on SHARE, nothing happens. I meant to be in bed by 11:30 but at 1:15 still trying to use my image... very happy with it LOL.

I did not lock it myself, and there was no layering involved. A simple, quick edit to a black and white photo. Please, any ideas would be helpful. I took this photo and edited it to use in a painting class, and need it ASAP.
