LOOKING FOR: Local Copy of PE 2021 Users Guide / Reference Manual

With PE 13 & 14 there was a PDF file with the title "ADOBE® PREMIERE® ELEMENTS HELP" (in upper case).

For PE 14 I saved it with the filename premiere-elements_reference-EN14.pdf

5 years later I still have it.

I assume the HTML-based "Adobe Premiere Elements User Guide" is the current equivalent:

https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/user-guide.html

This is all well & good (unless you prefer to actually read a document) but its falls over when you want to work offline for whatever reason OR when the next release of PE appears and the "User Guide" is presumably overwritten with the update.

Has anyone figured out a way to make a local copy of this HTML structure?

You are welcome!  There was a push about two years ago to update all the .pdf manuals for all the products.  I've still got links that work but the update dates are 2018.  Apparantly the world has shifted to online reference and the .pdfs didn't get enough activity.

Thanks - that is at least only on step away from PE 2021!

I have saved it.

I've got it through version 2020 as a PDF.   I can't find an update in PDF format.

Given that it exists in HTML I would assume that it does not exist in PDF.

Hence my question as to whether anyone had figured out a way to make a local copy of the entire HTML structure.

I would assume that the links within that structure are relative.

I don't know of a PDF version of that HTML site. But there are my Muvipix Guides to Premiere Elements books on Amazon.com as well as my free tutorials on Facebook and my complete course on LinkedIn Learning.
