lost codes

I purchased elements 21 in February of this year. I had to have my hard drive cleaned this week and I no longer have the info to re-install. Programs under the cloud reloaded fine. Other companies have helped me out to get programs back up and operating - am I out of luck with Adobe with Elements?

I agree with John, Log on to your Adobe account. It has my serial numbers going back to Photoshop in 2004! It also has every Premiere Elements serial number since verison 2.0 that I bought till now.
