Mac Studio will not play sound while editing

I have Mac Studio (M1) and MacBook Pro (M2).

Bothe have exactly the same OS Ventura 13.6.5

One plays audio when in editing the Mac Studio does not. 

What I noticed that the Elements in Studio is loading some NDI_Transmit bundle, but my other MAc doesent. 

The one that loads this does not play any sound while editin or playing video.

How can I fix this ??
