Maximum activation Photoshop Elements 15 and Premiere Elements 15

I have been using Photoshop Elements 15 and Premiere Elements 15 for some years no, and it has been good enough for me. Now my computer crashed, and due to maximum activation, I can’t activate it when reinstalling. And customer support can’t help me. Anyone having a suggestion? I have tried getting them to reset my activations, but they say they can’t do that any longer. BUT I can download my software….

    Alas E15 is no longer supported. Staff can no longer reset activations.

    If possible deactivate Elements on old computer.

    @Ann Bens is correct.

    Adobe Customer Service (Support) no longer has the ability to reset activations. The only way to deactivate or recover an activation is if you can open the program on the computer that you want to deactivate.

    If you are on Win11 you need to know that Nancy OShea reported 8-31-26 that Elements versions prior to 2022 are NOT compatible with Win11.
    Users have reported catastrophic system failures after installing older Elements on a new machine that lacks an optical CD/DVD drive. It seems there’s a security conflict with legacy CD/DVD drivers that causes Win11 to brick up, requiring a full system restore or factory reset.
    Use older Elements versions at your own risk of failures.

    And On 9-6-26 Steve Grisetti mentioned no longer being able to activate v2021https://community.adobe.com/questions-725/i-cant-open-my-premiere-elements-2021-and-cannot-use-it-i-tried-reinstalling-but-keep-getting-an-errorr-message-that-the-keys-are-wrong-is-there-any-way-i-can-use-this-again-1640644
