How do you relink media in premiere elements 14  Getting message that media is offline

No, the files are on my computer.  Had to reload premiere elements 14.  Now when I open some of the projects everything seems okay. But for others the project loads and the timeline has all the clips in it.  But no video or sound. Get the window in 15 different languages that says “media offline”.

 Think I just found a way to bring back one clip at a time but have several projects with same problem and wonder if there is a way to relink  all media clips for each  project in one step

Where is that media located? Is it still on your camera?
