menu character size on a 4K monitor

Hi,

I changed my monitor from a 1K to a 4K one (3.840 x 2.160) - wonderful to work with it, BUT:

All the characters in the menue bars and windows of Premiere Elements 11 are now very small (nearly impossible to read).

How can I change the size of it ?

To make the hole display size bigger is not a solution because of too large size of other applications.
