Menu options are inactive in Organizer when using full screen mode.

File, Edit, Find, View and Help menu selections do not respond in full screen mode.

Switching to multi-window mode resolves the issue, as long as I don't switch back to full screen mode.

Environment:

  Windows 11

  Display settings: 2560x1600 Scale 125%

  LG Gram 17"

I was able to resolve the problem by creating a registry entry.  See attached image.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Elements Organizer\19.0\Organizer

Add string key with value of 1

ForceAngleGraphics   REG_SZ   1

I'm having the same problem in PE 2024.  The fix suggested below doesn't work.  I'm assuming 19.0 in the reg key refers to a version number.  For PE 2024 it appears this number would be 24.0.  However, there is no subdirectory under 24.0 called 'organizer' (see screen shot).

 

Do you have an updated fix for PE 2024?
