Tengo editada la película con los marcadores de menu de pelicula en la línea de tiempo. Cuando exporto la pelicula solo me envía el vídeo y el audio pero no el menú. ¿Como puedo hacer para que me aparezca el menú en el resultado destino?

To my knowledge, this is true for all video editing software. It is not a "fault" of Premiere Elements. If you share videos on YouTube, there is a "time marker" system that can be used to work like a menu.

Your menus and markers will only appear if you output a DVD. You can not output an MP4 with chapters or menus.
