Jag har Adobe Premier Element 2020 men har problem med mini dv fångsten det verkar inte funka.

You can use these programs for capture:

    Capture tools have been removed from Premiere Elements.  You might find that 'capture software' like WinDV will put your clips into a file that can be used in Premiere Elements.
