Missing Sound Effect Files

Hi I recently bought the latest addition of Premiere Elements but seem to be missing lots of Sound Effect files. For example if I look at Foley I have 30 types of foley wav file but they all begin with the letters A-C and nothing beyond this. It's the same for other folders too.

Did my mac fail in downloading the full set?  How can I add more wav files to the Application Support folder so that they appear in the Premier Elements Folyey dropdown list?  Eg I downloaded more Foley effects from Adobe and pasted it into the application file with the other Foley sounds, reopened PE, but the new files aren't showing up in the dropdown.
