Missing Title Styles Premiere Elements 14

Question

One day I opened up Premiere Elements 14 and the tab for Style for titles is blank. I have restarted the program, deleted the working set as described in a previous post, yet i still have a blank Style tab. Support told me I could be provided with a download link here?? Please help.. other troubleshooting has not worked for me.

It is a lot more fun to have good news than bad. Version 14 is four versions behind. It is old enough that the installation links may be gone. Because of legal issues, Adobe had to adopt a 2 year policy. Since then I've seen successful links to older versions.
