Move all tracks simultaneously to left or right

In the middle of my project, I found the program (Adobe Premiere Elements 19) to not respond. I figured I'd try to use the render tool, which I did. I did not have any fuuther problem with m project after that. However, after using the Render tool, I believe the whole project moved to the right. I now have 30 seconds of dead time in the beginning of my song. So, I'd just like to know how to move all of my 20 or so tracks simultatneouly so they stay in sync. Some of these tracks have clips and spaces and more clips, so I fear that after the move, things may get out of sync.

Lastly, I've been thinking of this for awhle: after I hit the Stop button, is there an easy wasy to get the timeline to go back to the spot which was active just before I hit the Play button?

You should be able to select the entire timeline with your mouse and move it as a unit.  If it does not work to your liking, a CTRL+Z will undo what you tried.

 

To return to a spot, set a timeline marker.  Then use the keyboard shortcuts to go back to it.  (CTRL + left arrow).

Thanks, Bill. Your reply had gone to my Spam folder. While awaiting it, I had also figured out that in order to move mutliple clips on 1 track left or right simltaneously, I could just hit the shift button and keep it depressed while I highlighted each of the clips in my project. All clips then moved together when I moved one of them. I guess you way is even easier.

Re: the timeline marker, I must say that your shortcut does not work on my version (Premiere Elements 19)  and/or computer (Dell, pc.) I hit the Play button and listen to about 3 seconds of my song. (I had asked if there is a way to have it automatically go back to where I started when I hit the Stop button, but I guess that's not possible.) That's fine. But after I hit stop, and then hit the Ctrl key and simultaneouly hit the L arrow key, nothing happens.

Just sayin'.
