I love my Premiere 15, but it will not run! Reinstalled and rebooted - no change! Made updates to both Photoshop + Premiere, but to no avail! Does anyone elese have this problem?

Also, does anyone have a phone number for tech support, so I can call them?

Thanks!

Tony

I'm running Premiere Elements 14 on Windows 10 with no issues.  I use it for Blu-ray authoring since the newer versions dropped this support. Try uninstalling (including preferences) and resintalling.

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean install of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver)

1 - version 15 is very old and is no longer supported

2 - your problem is most likely due to a Win10 update changing "something"

Two ideas that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10
-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window
-and/or select Run as Administrator to assign FULL Windows permissions
-also https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/create-local-administrator-account-windows.html

If the above doesn't work, I have version 2021 and it works just fine on Win10 Pro

It is so easy to blame Microsoft!
If it is Microsoft's problem I would admit that!
Also, 5 years old program isn't "VERY OLD"! I run programs that are way
older than 10 years and they work just fine.
There must be a fix that Adobe can do, since I'm not the only one who uses
older versions of your programs.

I've tried to run it as an ADMIN and also tried older Windows versions
compatible mode - NO GO!
I think it is a problem with your software in the "if it is a legal version
or not" routine!
We the real paying customers are the victims of your protection scheme!
Most software packages have that problem, I think.
(I speak from experience, since I worked as a computer expert in Experian,
where most of the problems started as soon as they implemented the same
protection system.)

Anyway, I think that someone at your company should fix this and send me a
fix, so I can use my paid software!

Thank you.

Adobe is not going to go back and do anything to your program... ALL fixes and re-writes to work with newer operating systems are done by issuing new versions... for Premiere Elements, that means a new version every year

All I can say is that the current version 2021 works on my Windows 10 computer
