My lifetime valid serial nr. for Premiere Elements is not working anymore

My lifetime valid serial nr. for Premiere Elements is not working anymore...i moved from a windows pc to a Mac and downloaded the previous 2020 as that was the version I boight the license for. What to do next?

Mac and PC versions have different serial numbers.  All downloaded versions are unique.  The one exception is that if you bought a boxed set of DVDs you would have recieved a serial number for both operating systems.  

 

Please don't shoot the messenger, but you will need to buy a new serial number.
