Need help registering? Old laptop to new PC

Hi! I have been going crazy trying to figure this out so I would love any help I can get!
The laptop I got a few years back came with Premiere Elements 10 along with Photoshop Elements 10. I just got a new PC and want to install them on it.

I learned that I need to register them to my account. I do that by opening them, and clicking on "Product Registration" under "help". It asks me to sign in, Then says "Could not register your product at this time. Try again later". I tried countless of times lmao. Any idea how to fix this? I really need them on my new PC.

    You don't need to register them.

    Just download and install:

    Download Photoshop Elements 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, and 7

    Download Adobe Premiere Elements 13, 12, 11, 10, and 9

    You will need your serial number to activate:

    Find your serial number
