Need help with Photoshop Elements and Premium 2020

Hello there,

I use a german version of Photoshop 2020 on a windows PC. I'm trying to integrate the HEIF- and HEVC- addons. According to Adobe I have to go to settings in the programm to activate this Add-Ons. Problem: Photoshop 2020 has no visible button for "Setting/Setup/etc.". I hope someone can help me. I'm working on this Problem for over 2 hours straight and I can't find anything usefull on the internet, because everything is for the new Photoshop Elements. 

I hope one of you can help me.
