needing help moving clips between project assets folders

hello.  im trying to move already loaded and used clips between asset folders but it will only show the grab hand grabbing the clip.  the target folder shows a no-go symbol when i try and move. sry about no capital letters. im one handed

    Can you clarify what product you are using? This forum is for Adobe Connect, a virtual collaboration and eLearning platform, and it seems like you may be using Photoshop or Lightroom or something else.

    Thx for reaching out. I'm using premier elements and have come to believe that the program will not move assets between sub folders, regardless if they're employed in the timeline. I (we) just need to be diligent in importing new assets into the upper most project assets folder and then moving them into sub folders (titles, stills, etc). So, oh well. Again, thx for reaching out.
