New Sign & registration in to elements 13

Question

I have had Elements 13 Since April of 2015. All of a sudden Adobe is asking for a sign in, PW, and trial copy or registration option.

I can get through the first two, but it does not accept my registration number received from Adobe a couple of years ago. What gives, are they making me purchase again?

Thanks for posting in Adobe forums.

I can understand you are facing issue with the activation of Elements 13.

- Can you check before activating which serial number you are using for which software.

- Serial number that starts with 1057 works for Adobe Photoshop Elements.

- Serial number that starts with 1143 works for Adobe Premiere Elements.

- Please provide the error message you get while activation.
