New to Premiere Elements 2022. Need some help.

I just purchased Premiere Elements 2022 the other day and am running into issues. 

1.) When I try to Pan and Zoom a clip that's later on in my video, the Pan and Zoom menu ALWAYS brings me to the start of the video. The frames I set will be applied to the clip I select but I cannot actually see what I am doing because the video clip in the Pan and Zoom menu is the start of my clip so I really just have to guess the frame sizes and time length. How do I make sure when I select Pan and Zoom that it loads up the clip I choose? 

2.)  How do I revert (control z) more than 3 times? I can only go back 3 times before everything is locked in. Past video editing softwares that I have used did not have a limit on undoing items.

3.) How do I highlight/draw a circle around a part of the clip? I use Premiere Elements 2022 and all videos I've watched show Premiere Pro or and older version of Elements and the features they use are not appearing for me, mainly the Graphics option. I've added the white circle so far but haven't been able to inverse it. In fact, the circle is added but never actually appears in the clip when I playback. Maybe it's because I don't have a transparent video layer? I haven't had any luck finding where that is in Elements though...

4.) When bluring our an item using Gaussian Blur, the selection box (or four dots) sometimes do not appear. How do I make sure the selection box of the area I am trying to blur always appears? 

I've use other softwares in the past but this is the most advanced software I've been able to use. What am I doing wrong?
