New Update Message Keeps Appearing

Everytime that I open my Premiere elements 13, a message pops up saying that i have a new update. The problem is, that when i select "update now" it will update, and then say "update successful" and then i close out the dialog box, it will reappear in just a few seconds.  I contacted technical support and they sent me here.
