No Audio Once Published

Question

I have been editing and publishing several videos - just downloads from some zoom conferences, editing out the beginning/end, and publishing as an MP4. The majority have worked just fine, but some are publishign without audio. I have not done anything differently in the process, and the audio plays fine in playback while editing. How do I fix this? It takes hours to publish them, and then to have them not have audio is incredibly frustrating.

My only guess is something in the output settings.   I have recorded Zoom meetings and edited them without issue using Premiere Elements.  I don't know why yours would only be working intermittently.  I would be happy to try to figure it out if you post one of the problem video files on DropBox or similar.  I might be able to figure it out if I have the file.
