No Audio Playback Adobe Photoshop Elements 14

When I import a mov. file I have audio however when I save the file there is no audio but a clicking sound. I have tried saving using different options but no luck. What can I do?

What operating system do you have? 

Also, open your MOV in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the text report and paste it to this forum. MOVs can use any of dozens of codecs and compression systems. Once we see more detailed information on your file's specs we may better be able to advise you.

Thanks here is the data. The file does have audio on the timeline but no audio after being safed.
