no capable video play modules,

i am receiving the error message.....no capable video play modules, update video display driver and start again, How do i do this? thank you!

    You don't say which version of the program you're using or what operating system you're on, but that could be relevant.

    Meantime, go to the AMD, nVidia or Intel site and download the latest driver for your graphics card.

    Then (assuming you're using version 15 on Windows 10), enable Hidden Items in your Folder Views and go to C:/ProgramData/Adobe/Premiere Elements/15.0 and delete the BadDrivers.txt file -- then restart the program.
