No left audio channel

Just installed prem 19 on my new computer. Was doing audio check with ext micrphone and on replay found  that left channel cannot be heard.I can see it on audio track.Dubbed to usb stick and played on different computer all is ok.Play same stick on new computer cant hear left channel.

    You are using a monaural microphone, so the audio appears only on the left track.

    Go to Premiere Elements Audio Effects and drag Fill Right with Left onto the clip. This will spread the audio over both channels.
