I have Photoshop El and Premier El 21, but am trying to make a dvd of my home video, but there is no option under "Tools" for Movie Menu.  Also uner Markers which is just above the timeline, only offer a Beat Marker and a Timeline Marker.   Please someone offer some help.  Does Version 21 not offer these things like my last version of 14 did. Cheers Pat

Version 2023 does not have those functions because authoring a DVD was removed from the program

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I have just realized I acually have Adobe Photoshiop el. and Premier El 2023,   NOT 2021 as I previously mentioned.  I hav 2023 version 21.  Apparently the 2023  does not have the ability to make Movie Menus or  Menu Markers & Scene Markers, for my DVD's that we make.   Is there a download from Adobe that would provide these actions.   Or as someone suggested to me, ROLL BACK TO A PREVIOUS VERSION OF ADOBE PSE & Premier Elements.    Seems a shame after paying for the updated model from Number 14, which worked well for dvds.   PLEASE any suggestions, or do I just find an outside program, If so which?  thanks for reading. Pat.

    Pattie,

DVD resolution is matched to old tube TVs.  Any camera or phone that is close to a current model records video in much higher resolution and quality.  Consider looking in to changing your delivery and sharing methods that won't reduce good quality recordings to low quality resolutions.
