No Serial Number on box or disc cover

Elements 2018 stand alone disc

There is no 24 digit number on either the both disc came in or on the disc cover itself. Purchased from Amazon.

You need to contact Amazon and complain. They (or whatever dealer you bought it from through Amazon) sent you a program that you can't activate.
