No sound

I have Elements Premiere 2020 installed and the sound from my videofiles did not reach the speakers or headphones. I try every possible thing to solved this issues but no lucky so far. I also work in Magix Edit Pro and in this program the sound work well. Can anyone help me?

Most likely the setting under Edit > Preferences > Audio hardware needs changing.  I can't tell you what to change it to because the choices depend on the computer itself.  "None" often works.  Another possibility is that you have inadvertantly muted the track with the control buttons on the left of the timeline.

I can only refer to what you say in your answer. I got help from Adobe support and they solved the problem in a matter of what you describe. The program perform well now with sound as it should.
