No video but have audio

I have a new computer running windows 10 and I installed Premiere Elements 10 from the old computer which was windows 10.

When I go to import a any video I only get the audio. The video is grayed out. It worked fine on the old computer. I am frustrated. Can any one help?

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

If that doesn't work, please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

Hello Bob,

Sorry it took so long but attached is the information you requested. I have updated the video card driver and thst did not help.
