Why does my Prem Elements program (2021) say this graphics processor is unsupported even though it is in the list of recommended graphics cards here: https://helpx.adobe.com/au/premiere-elements/using/gpu-acceleration.html

The recommemded list is for 2022 so not sure your card was supported in 2021.

But anyway Nvidia changed the way they write their drivers as a result Elements does not see the card.

Elements 2021 does not get updated properly as it should.

Go to:

C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Premiere Elements\19.0\Online\Hw Acc Render\All_Lang\HW\Files\allowlisted_cards.txt

and add you card exactly like this:

NVIDIA#NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER#
