Optional contents for Premiere Element 2021

Hello,

I have downloaded Premiere Element 2021 but it does not come with the additional contents.

Is it normal, and if no, where can I find it ?

Any effect, title or template that has a blue flag over its corner will be downloaded automatically the first time you use it.

You can also right-click on any of these titles, effets or templates and select the option to Download All at once.
