Overexposed video

I just took 2 weeks worth of vacation video not realzing my camera was set to +2 overexposre. :o(

How can I fix this in Premier Elements? I see that I can correct the exposure but then I assume I would need to also correct the color, contrast, etc. How can I best fix all of this footage? I don't suppose there is is an "easy" fix in Premeir Elements?
