PAL or NTSC does it matter?

I am based in the UK and mostly watch video on PC, tablets and iPhones. I can't remember the last time I watched a DVD and not even sure I am able to burn on my PC.

Can someone suggest what settings I should use for my Projects?

Pal and ntsc refer more to SD footage but yes it matters for your project.

UK (Europe) uses 25 or 50 fps which refers to Pal.

If you have your iphone set to 30 or 60 frames (USA) you choose a ntsc project.
