Question

Pan and Zoom Preview is never correct

Does anyone else have trouble with the Pan & Zoom on a video never showing the correct beginning and end of the selection? I have to "Guess" where I think the pan & zoom should be and click preview.

I have no responce from Adobe about this.

You might want to keyframe it manually for better results.

I suck at using Keyframes, but maybe it's time to learn them better!

Thank you

I assume you're talking about the Pan & Zoom tool.

If so, are you using it on a video or a photo? If a photo, what is the photo's resolution?

Right-click on the photo on your timeline and uncheck Scale to Frame Size. Does this make a difference?

It's for a 4k Video, Sometimes the preview is on footage I have already deleted.
So wierd, but I just try to GUESS where the start and stop should be and go from there.

Maybe the specs of the video aren't matching your project settings.

When you go to the Edit menu in the program, whats is listed on the General page under Project Settings?

Open your 4K video in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the text of the report generated and paste it to this forum.

Comparing these complete video specs to your project settings may well reveal the issue.
