PE 12 will no let me upload to youtube.

I get an error message stating that this service is temporarily unavailable. I remember this happened a couple years ago, is this something that fixes itself or do I have to change something? YouTube is a MAJOR part of my monthly income so I cant afford to not be able to get videos out there.

Please help!

As Ann says, YouTube has, for some reason "broken" the direct upload interface with Premiere Elements. (You'll notice that there are no problems uploading to Facebook or Vimeo.) The workaround is to use Publish & share/Computer/AVCHD with the YouTubeHD preset to output an MP4 and then use YouTube's web site to upload the file.
