PE 14 default slide duration. Is there a way?

I am using Premiere Elements 14 Organizer to create slide shows.  I'd like to change the default slide duration.  Is there a way?

I know how to do that.  My question is about the slide duration in slide shows.

The slideshows created in the organizer don't allow changing the slide duration.

The only feature allowing setting a duration is the 'instant slideshow' when you use the 'Full View', shortcut F11. Click on 'settings' (cog wheel) in the tools palette of that view.

I've never used Organizer.   However, you can set the default duration in Premier Elements in the Preferences menu.  Then when you "Add Media" they will all be the same.  Once the images are in the project, they can only be changed one at a time.
