PE 14, Using 720 p resolution with different frame rates

Started a project and want to use 720 p resolution with different frame rates (30 fps and 60 fps). Already tried to mix the two types and it does not look very good. There must be a way to combine both and still have good results. what can I do??

When you're mixing frame rates, you'll need to render (press Enter) whenever you see a yellow orange "render line" along the top of the timeline. When rendered, this line will be green and your preview will look more like your final output.
