PE 15 Installation Issue

When reinstalling PE 15, from disc, I get the message to install Adobe Support Advisor, because  "Installer failed to initialize". I Am using Windows 10. Also, I tried to indicate a "CORRECT" response on a previous post and the link provided did not work.

    It's always helpful to know what exactly didn't work, ddd. That keeps us from recommending it again. I

    First, enable Show All Files in your Folder Options.

    And try going to C:/Users/[YourName]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe and deleting the folder OOBE. Do the same thing under User/[YourName]/AppData/Local/Adobe. Then try your install again.
