PE 2019 reinstall issues

Hi guys, bit of a novice so appologies. I had a licenced version of PE from February 2019 and use it as a hobby from time to time. I have had issues with it not working properly so thought I'd try and remove it and reinstall it from the inital downloaded file I kept. Bad move. I now find I keep getting 'Your browser or OS is no loger supported. I have updated MS Edge and Adobe Acrobat but still not working. I wonder if anyone might be able to offer advice or info to help.
