PE12 : The media file seems to have an invalid entry in the catalog, please rename it for use

Hello guys

I'm trying to use motion tracking but unfortunately taking the same error in whatever video i choose to use in project.

"The media file seems to have an invalid entry in the catalog, please rename it for use"

I'm using Desktop :

Win 7 64b

Intel core i5

CPU 2.9GHz

RAM 8gb

Any thoughts or solution?

1st video name : Friends.mp4

2nd video name: Video.mp4

3rd video name : cars.wmv

every file-video was tested individual in separate projects
